For COD orders, the amount will be returned to your SHEIN wallet and you can use it with the coupon code and points in the next purchase. Returning the amount to the SHEIN wallet needs approximately 48 hours. Once the refund of your COD orders has been issued to your SHEIN wallet, the balance can not be withdrawn or transferred to another account or bank card.
