1. What Is My Wallet?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your SHEIN account where you will be able to access your refund(s). The Wallet Balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn at any time.
2. How To Use My Wallet?
You may view the Wallet Balance at checkout and apply it to your purchase.
Please note that if the currency used to pay for your order differs from that of your Wallet, the Wallet Balance box won’t appear on the checkout page.
3. Can I Still Pay With My Wallet If I Already Applied Bonus Points And/Or A Coupon Code?
Yes! You may use your Wallet Balance as well as a Coupon and Bonus Points.
4. How Do I Withdraw The Money From My Wallet?
Simply click the WITHDRAW DEPOSIT button, enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click SUBMIT to validate. The funds will return to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was taken.
5. How Long Does It Take For The Money Withdrawn To Appear On My Account?
It normally takes 1-5 business days for the funds to appear on your PayPal account, or 2-10 business days to a credit card.
Please keep in mind that the funds would return to the original account that was used, whether it is a PayPal account or the account linked to the credit card used.
6. Can I Withdraw The Deposit To Another Card?
The deposit cannot be withdrawn to another card. The funds will return to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was taken.
7. Can I Transfer My Wallet Balance To Another SHEIN Account?
Unfortunately, transferring the Wallet Balance from one SHEIN account to another one is not possible. If you wish to withdraw the money, you may use the WITHDRAW DEPOSIT feature. The money will return to the PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was taken.
8. Why Can’t I Withdraw My Deposit?
Please ensure that the amount you entered does not exceed the amount of the deposit.
9. I Never Used The Wallet Balance, But Why Is It Empty?
If you checked out with the Wallet Balance and have placed an unpaid order, the Balance applied will stay with the unpaid order.
To restore the balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the Cancel button in My Orders, and the Balance will be refunded to your Wallet.
