The shipping took around a week very easy no delays or issues throughout the process, it was very smooth. Came delivered wrapped well and no damage the product was amazing the end stick was hard and well shaped so it made my eyebrow slick down really well, the brush was stiff which I perfer as soft brushes tend to not slick down and brush out very well but I absolutely love the product and will buy again if I was to break mine cannot wait to use it everyday
