I received this yoga ball / cushion for a free trial and I'm really pleased with it! I've been using it for over a week now and it's very sturdy. When you receive it, you will need to blow it up with a bike pump, but that is good because you can fill it to the level of resistance you require. I've included a photo of the inlet for the the pump so you can see where it is. I use it during yoga practise as a balanced ball and also as a back support and when I'm working I put it on my office chair and it gives me very good posture and massage/circulation. I strongly recommend you give this a go!
