Excellent Impurity Filtration: With a pack of ceramic balls inside, the rectifying tower is able to filter out high-boiling impurities in the wine vapor, giving the higher-purity wine access to the condensing device. It leads to a higher distillation purity with an output of 3.5 kg fine alcohol for 50% content by volume or 5 kg for 30%. Efficient Condensation Treatment: This alcohol still adopts the stainless steel coiled tubes with rapid thermal conductivity assuring promising cooling performance, together with a large contact area with the coolant, providing a rather low temperature of distilled product. Also, during the condensation process, an additional water circulating pump facilitates the expedited water flow of the condensing agent. Complete Set of Accessories: The whiskey making kit comes with a thermometer (0-150°C / 32-302°F) for easy monitoring of real-time alcohol temperature. A one-way air evacuation valve is included as well, and 2/3 of the water is added to it to help release air when fermenting the grain (the gas can only get out). Our distilling kit also contains a vinometer kit for precise measurement of wine degree.
