[Develop explosive power and build a full-body workout with just one box!] Box jumps require extremely fast muscle contractions, which develops explosive power. Because box jumps are extremely intense, they also burn a lot of calories and improve aerobic capacity. [Soft, compressed urethane material] The box is lined with a soft, compressed urethane foam that cushions the impact of landing. It's neither too soft nor too hard, allowing for optimal exercise. [One box, three different heights] Adjust the height by changing the side on which you place the box. Choose from three heights: 40cm, 50cm, and 60cm, depending on your level and type of training. [Weight positioning for stability] While most box sizes have weights in the center, our box is designed with weights positioned on the outside for greater stability. [Easy-to-clean PVC cover] The box cover is made of easy-to-clean PVC material, so even if it gets dirty or sweaty, it can be kept clean with a quick wipe with water. Please note that it is not completely waterproof. [About Plyo Box Training] 1. Box Overs ① Stand next to the plyo box with your feet under your hips. ② Lean forward and place both hands on the box. ③ Push hard against the box with your hands, tighten your core, kick your legs up toward your buttocks, and bring your body to the other side of the box. 2. Side Toe Side Push Offs ① Jump diagonally upwards with all your might with the foot on the box. ② When you land, quickly switch the foot that is on the box from left to right. 3. Box Jumps Bend your knees, pull your hips back, and lean your upper body forward from your hips while swinging your arms behind you and jumping with force.
