Rubber Roofing Drain - Horizontal Outlet for EPDM Rubber Roofing Systems - Includes leaf grate Description Product Information The Rubber Roofing Outlet for EPDM rubber roofing membranes and other flat roofing systems is an outlet designed to be install through parapet walls in order to form an outlet for water flow, usually into a drain-pipe or hopper. The plastic outlet fits easily into a 105mm x 105mm hole and provides a smooth surfe for easy bonding of the flat roofing membrane. Application The horizontal roof outlet should be screwed into both the wall and the deck substrate prior to installing the rubber roofing membrane or alternative flat roofing material. Once the Epdm membrane or alternative has been installed, cut the membrane 25mm either side of the hole of the outlet and in line with the top ridge of the hole. Ensure that you flash into the hole, forming a watertight seal with uncured flashing tape or alternative flashing suitable for any other flat roofing system.
